2. NATURE OF SERVICES

Branding and lead-generation education
Coaching and mentorship programs
Downloadable business resources
All content provided on the Platform (“Content”) is for informational and educational purposes only.
The Company does not guarantee:
Specific income levels
Client acquisition results
Business profitability
Marketing performance outcomes
Individual results depend on execution, experience, market conditions, effort, and numerous other variables beyond our control.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
To access certain Content, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree:

To accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate this Agreement.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Branding
Course frameworks
Sales scripts
Marketing systems
Videos
Worksheets
PDFs
Graphics
Trademarks
are the exclusive property of KBS Fitness Marketing School and protected under United States intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil liability.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you submit comments, testimonials, posts, assignments, or participate in community forums:
You retain ownership of your content;
You grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for marketing or educational purposes.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of anything you post.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Harass or intimidate other members
Post defamatory or harmful statements
Promote illegal activities
Solicit members for unrelated business opportunities
Share pirated materials
Upload malware or attempt system interference
Engage in hate speech or discriminatory conduct
We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access at our discretion.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
Certain programs require payment (“Program Fees”).

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

14. TERMINATION

Upon termination, your license to use Content immediately ceases.

16. GOVERNING LAW
